2/28/2023 0 Comments Hoppa bus barcelona![]() There are various bus stops outside Terminal 5 each one is clearly marked for your convenience with stand 16 offering transfers to Gatwick Airport, should you need to change from one airport to another. When arriving at Terminal 5 you will notice the two bus stops outside the arrivals hall, bus stop 26 and 27 are for the Hoppa Buses, wait there and one will be along shortly. For return tickets you can buy them at the same time for £8, which ensures you transfer back to the hotel or back to the terminal is sorted. You can enjoy free transfers for two children per one full paying adult. Transfers to the nearby hotels cost £4.00 per adult and children under fifteen travel for free. They run between terminal buildings which means if you got off the tube at the wrong terminal by mistake, you can easily get to the next one on one of these buses which run every few minutes. HOPPA are a nightmare to communicate with / customer service is awful - don't bother trying to get hold of them by phone & every email takes weeks. The Heathrow Hoppa Bus is a convenient way to travel between the Heathrow terminals or from one of the many Heathrow hotels to your terminal. These buses are convenient and comfortable with loads of storage space for all your luggage. We ended up just grabbing a CAB & paying 40 euros after already paying HOPPA upfront. ![]() HOPPA have now referred me to a line in their T's&C's basically saying if your flight is delayed then tough they have no responsibility, so with the huge amount of delayed flights (especially this year), the chances are you are just throwing your money away!! They do tend to be cheaper (by a few pound) but PLEASE DO NOT USE as a lot of people are paying twice - have a look on FACEBOOK - there's a FB page dedicated to their poor service & hundreds of people who can't get a refund - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !! #HOPPAARERUBBISH #HOPPAAREACON #PAYTWICEIFYOUGOWITHHOPPAĪfter our flight was delayed by over an hour (at 1 am), we were left stranded at Barcelona Airport - looked for the transport but nothing - noticed a missed call on my phone & rung it & got through to the Taxi driver who said he'd been there earlier & had gone home - he then laughed & said - 'YOU HAVE A PROBLEM' then hung up!!!! I then (as Hoppa advises) phoned the local 'Representative Office' - TAXI company who they sub they're work out to - they told me HOPPA hadn't provided them with the flight number so they just had to go by the time & as we weren't there at the time, the driver left.
